The Be Sorted Enneagram test has helped me to understand myself, my personality type, and also why I behave in a certain way. It’s a journey of self awareness and self development.
Sonal conducted this test for the employees in our company and we observed that team bond has increased as employees are able to understand themselves and their teams in a better way. Things became clearer to them regarding their own personality and their teammates’ as well. As an HR manager, it is helping me understand employee’s core fears, their emotional needs and motivation factors.
As I have been involved during this process in SimpleCRM I thought of conducting this test for my daughter, as expected it totally resonates with her personality.
