I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the results of my Enneagram test. The results were accurate in identifying my personality type – despite being a bit wary about psychometric tests in general. My understanding of other people’s types have allowed me to be more aware when dealing with my peers and colleagues at work. Most importantly, as a people manager, I have become much more tolerant. I am happy I took the test. I would recommend it strongly.
