Sonal Fuke is the Founder of Be Sorted, a holistic well-being cell. Her passion for human understanding and development is at the heart of her work. Synthesized and integrated by the diverse fields of Architecture, Early childhood education, Psychology, and working in the US and India for over 20 years, she comes up with apt psychological solutions through the lenses of Enneagram and REBT. With a Masters’ degree in Psychology, accredited International certification in Enneagram, and an REBT certified therapist by Albert Ellis Institute New York (ATC Nagpur), Sonal has a zest to make a difference in people’s lives. She is an active advocate of Psychological safety in corporations and implements the four stages of psychological safety© in a corporate environment. She works in the space of performance management, leadership training, and coaching. Sonal has conducted various workshops for children, parents, adolescents, and corporate teams and is an ambassador of goodness and emotional well-being wherever she goes and whoever she meets.
