The Be Sorted Enneagram test has helped me to understand myself, my personality type, and also why I behave in a certain way. It’s a journey of self awareness and self development.
Sonal conducted this test for the employees in our company and we observed that team bond has increased as employees are able to understand themselves and their teams in a better way. Things became clearer to them regarding their own personality and their teammates’ as well. As an HR manager, it is helping me understand employee’s core fears, their emotional needs and motivation factors.

I took the Enneagram assessment and to my surprise I found my personality assessment spot on. Some of the stuff I found are key motivators for doing many of the things I do including both good or bad. I found it is also a kind of lens that reveals why the other person behaves in a certain way, to accept the way people approach things. BeSorted Enneagram has given me an insider view to see through the lens my husband uses to perceive the world! This assessment gave me more awareness about myself. We very well know how we behave or react to specific situations but we hardly ever think of why we do so. The Enneagram Assessment explains the reasons behind that. I became more aware of my behavioural traits & personality after taking it.
When Mrs Sonal narrated the report to me, I was wondering “How is it so correct? How does she know that?” and it literally made me think that I don’t know myself very well. And when she explained this all to me, it felt like hearing good things about you from someone who knows you since your childhood. She has designed this assessment in such a manner that it takes out the threads of your personality traits that even you were not knowing you have from the hidden closets of your mind.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the results of my Enneagram test. The results were accurate in identifying my personality type – despite being a bit wary about psychometric tests in general. My understanding of other people’s types have allowed me to be more aware when dealing with my peers and colleagues at work. Most importantly, as a people manager, I have become much more tolerant.
